Labor Day Burn

Labor Day Burn is heating up at Sequoyah Bay State Park September 4–5, 2026, and we’re inviting businesses and organizations from across the region to be part of it.

Hosted by the Wagoner Lions Club, Labor Day Burn brings together championship BBQ, community activities, live entertainment, vendors, families, and competitors for a full Labor Day weekend at the lake.

The event features a sanctioned Rib Cook-Off Association competition, bringing talented cook teams from Oklahoma and surrounding states as they compete for prize money, recognition, and points toward the RCOA World Championships.

But we don’t just want your logo. We want you involved.

Sponsor the event. Set up a booth. Bring your employees. Enter a team. Challenge another local business. Help us promote the weekend. There are plenty of ways to make your partnership fit your organization.
